Broaddus & Associates provides owners with professional representation through all phases of planning, design, and construction to ensure project delivery. Innovative programs such as constructability, pre-project planning, partnering, Best Practices and alternate project delivery have been used on the firm’s projects to effectively control budgets, compress schedules, and create successful results. The firm has provided services on more than $16B in projects since its founding in 2000.

Broaddus Planning is an award-winning firm recognized as one of the nation’s premier campus planning, urban design, and facility programming practices. The firm possesses expertise in higher education, civil and institutional projects and offers a range of comprehensive planning services from detailed facility space programs to comprehensive site master plans. Broaddus Planning assists its clients in clearly charting successful paths prior to project implementation. Whether preparing a set of design criteria for a specific building or defining a set of institutional design guidelines, the firm adheres to the principle that the greatest ability to influence project success is in its early planning stages.

Broaddus Construction has developed the knowledge and personnel necessary to provide a range of construction management services to our clients in the healthcare, higher education, financial, aviation, and retail industries since 1972. Because all projects are unique, Broaddus Construction has the capability of adapting to each client’s objectives with high quality services and delivery systems designed to ensure the success of each building program. Whether providing services in negotiated or hard-bid contractual arrangements, the client’s satisfaction is always the primary goal. Originally named FJW Construction, Broaddus Construction because a part of the Broaddus Companies in 2008, and works closely with the other companies to maximize the collective expertise of the firms.
